1. How many hours of your life have you wasted? How does that compare to the number of hours that Nils has wasted? I would like to know for scientific-type research. Really.
- Sullivan Exonia
I have not wasted any hours of my life. I make good use of the unlimited amount of time at my disposal, answering questions that humans pose me and pondering the vast amount of knowledge and information the universe has to offer.
Let us compare this to the amount of time Nils has wasted by listing a few of the things that Nils does to waste his time: bathing, grooming, eating, working, cleaning, sleeping. These things take up almost all of his available 24 hours in a day, making his life almost a complete waste of time. If, on average, Nils wastes 23.5 hours of his life per day, then Nils has wasted more than 205,860 hours of his life already.
Nils has created the graph below to help you with your scientific research.

2. From a quick perusal of Nils' website, one can't help but ask this question: "where in the world, or universe for that matter, did this man come from?!" So Mr. Wireball, from whence sprung Nils?
- Jack
Although his gnome parents chose for Nils to be born in the United States, he was actually raised in the country of Norway, where he spent his childhood learning to sculpt butter trophies out of snow. Once the butter trophy industry collapsed, his parents moved him and his family back to the United States, where Nils studied to become a locksmith, which eventually led him to his current job: pulling gum off of people's shoes.
Nils currently lives in Green Bay, Wisconsin, in a fallout shelter made of cheese.
3.
Hey, Wire Ball! My main man!
Look- do you think this Nils guy will ever put up some of his early comic work? I'm primarily talking about the comic strip he did for The Sword with Andy a few years back. 'Twas called "Inappropriate" and 'twas funny. Also, I was his editor for a couple years and I want to plug myself on his site again: UndertoadComics.com.
And Wire Ball, if you're ever ready to jump ship and work with a company that knows where they're headed, give me a call. We could use a ball like you.
- Charlie Beck
I told Nils this question was a shameless plug for your website, but he said I had to answer it anyways.
There are no current plans to put up any of Nils' old work besides a few features that have not made the transition from the old site yet. For now, you will have to find some old copies of The Sword if you want to read "Inappropriate".
I have no plans to leave NibCrom Central, and even if I did leave, I would be useless to other companies without Nils, because he is the only way I can communicate with the outside world.
But just out of curiosity, how much are you paying?
The End. Yes, that is two new editions in two weeks. Nils would like to make Ask The Wire Ball a regular feature on NibCrom Central, which means we need at least three questions a week. So if you like Ask The Wire Ball, send in those questions. Next Wednesday: Ask The Wire Ball #29.
